Reports take up to 24 hours from order to arrive in your account whilst we gather and process your data.
You can check your order and reports history to see if a report is on its way, and can review the status bar at the top of your dashboard.
If it has been more than 24 hours since you ordered please raise a support ticket.
1. Log in to https://esi-reports.mynexus.app
2. Check your Order History to make sure it has gone through (you should also have received an email)

3. Check your Dashboard to make sure the data is processing (you should also receive an email once available to view)

4. Check your Reports to see if the report has arrived - click to view
