1. Go to https://esi-reports.mynexus.app
2. Click on Forgot password?
3. Enter the email address associated with your account and click Email Password Reset Link button
4. Check your email (including junk) and click the button to Reset Password (the link expires within 60 minutes)
5. Enter a new password and click Reset Password button
