The Entrepreneur Aptitude Index (EA Index) measures your potential for entrepreneurial success and is benchmarked to a psychometric test that is a scientific predictor of that potential. It consists of four elements:
- Opportunism
- Problem Solving
- Innovation
- Exploiting Results
The Entrepreneur Competence Factor Index (ECF Index) measures your preference for particular behaviours and is benchmarked to a psychometric test of common entrepreneurial skills. It consists of five elements:
- Autonomy Oriented
- Calculated Risk
- Achievement Oriented
- Personal Control
- Creativity
Each Index has it's own thresholds for low, medium and high scoring ranges which when combined give an overall Index rating and an ESI Entrepreneur Type:
