Export my data

There are three types of data export on the myNexus WebApp - Entity Account data, Personal Profile data and Marketing data.

Entity Account Data Export (admin users only)

1. Navigate to Settings in the main navigation

2. Select the Entity Account icon and the Settings sub-menu and click the Export/Delete tab

3. Hit the Download Export button

Personal Profile Data Export

1. Navigate to Settings in the main navigation

2. Select the Personal Profile icon and the Settings sub-menu and click the the Export/Delete tab

3. Hit the Download Export button

Marketing Data Export

Marketing data is held in a different system outside of the myNexus WebApp database and requires a support request.

1. Raise a support request for your marketing data (see this article for how to raise a ticket)

2. The support team will respond and raise a request with our marketing Data Processor
