Change or reset my password

If you have forgotten your password

1. Go to https://mynexus.app/password/reset

2. Enter your email address in the box and click Reset Password

3a. If your email is in the database we'll send you a reset email. This may take around 5 minutes. 

3b. If you haven't received within 30 minutes try again and check carefully the spelling. If you're still having difficulties please raise a support ticket.

4. Follow the instructions in the email to update your password

 

If you want to change your password

1. Log-in to your profile using your existing password

2. Go to Settings by navigating using the left hand inline menu

3. By default the page will open on your Personal Profile, click the Settings button and navigate to the LOGIN DETAILS tab

4. Enter your new password in both the Password and Confirm Password fields then click the Update Password button
