How do I raise a support ticket?


If you have tried the FAQ's and have been unable to find your answer, or if you have a technical problem, you can raise a support ticket and the team will respond directly to you as soon as possible.

1. Whilst on the site, click the help link at the bottom left of your screen to open the help centre

2. At the top of the help screen click the Contact Us link

3. A form will open for you to provide further details on your issue. Please give as much detail as possible to allow our support team to help quickly. You can upload screenshots and files to help the team if relevant. When done just click the Send Message button.
